the awkward questions
why is there no free audit?
Because a free audit is a sales document. It is built to find enough wrong with your site to make you nervous, and it costs you a call you did not want. £250 buys something written to be useful instead of persuasive.
why no long contract?
Ongoing work is rolling monthly. You can continue while it is useful, without being tied into a long commitment.
what if the work is bigger than the quote?
You hear about any scope changes before work starts. Fixed price means fixed price — an error in the original estimate does not become an unexpected invoice.
do you outsource any of it?
No. Delivery stays with growgrass, from the initial scope through implementation and final checks.
do I need a teardown before a project?
No. Describe the work you need and we can scope it directly. The £250 teardown is an optional recorded site review, not an entry fee for consulting or ongoing support.
does the teardown come off the price of a project?
Yes. If you go ahead with a project or a month of ongoing work within 30 days, the £250 comes off the first invoice.
